The Biggest Purchase for Baby VanderMaas

Because we're not finding out the gender of our firstborn, buying clothes, bedding, toys, etc. has proved difficult. I had NO idea how gender specific baby stuff was until I was about to be a mom myself.

The one thing that I've mentioned to Greg time and time again is how important capturing the first year of our little one is. So, before we made any sort of announcement, I booked Mindy Leigh Photography's Bundle of Joy package. It includes everything I wanted, plus more...

  • Four sessions: maternity, newborn, 6 months, 1 year
  • 50 custom press-printed birth announcements
  • Four 5×7 spiral bound mini albums – up to 25 images from each session
  • 10×10 inch flush mount album with up to 50 images – completed after your last session
I am beyond thrilled with our investment and so excited to see how Mindy captures our child's first year. I am also a little excited for our maternity session. I am thinking more "engagement session" and not "bare-all for the world to see." Not that there's anything wrong with that, it's just not me at all.

So, there you have it - the first thing we purchased for Baby VanderMaas!

Money well spent. I never cared much about photography until my little man came along. Now, our photos mean everything to me! Can't wait to see your images!

That's such an awesome and memorable purchase. Definitely something that I would make my first baby purchase, too!
